Bushmaster A2 Rifle

The Bushmaster A2 Rifle is designed for situations requiring a rugged firearm with high firepower. It features a 20" barrel with a 1 in 9" twist barrel that is chrome lined for maximum longevity and accuracy, as well as ease of maintenance. The barrel also features a mil. spec. manganese phosphate outer coating to insure complete protection against corrosion or rust. Also, a "birdcage" style flash suppressor/compensator is incorporated featuring a closed bottom to eliminate a dust signature when firing from the prone position. The M16A2 rear sight system is incorporated offering dual flip-up apertures: the larger "short range" aperture (0-200 meters) offers greater light gathering as well as better moving target visibility; the smaller aperture is designed for maximum accuracy at longer ranges. An elevation adjustment knob is graduated from 300 to 800 meters and automatically compensates for bullet drop. The light weight, 7075T6 aircraft quality aluminum receivers are finished in a non-reflective mil. spec. hard anodize for durability, and incorporate all M16A2 design improvements including last round bolt hold-open and raised ridges for magazine release button protection. The upper receiver features a forward assist device and a cartridge case deflector. The Bushmaster Rifle operates in semi-automatic mode and accepts all capacity AR15/M16 type magazines.

The Bushmaster A2 Rifle is shipped with a 30 round magazine, instruction manual and carrying sling, all in a hard plastic shipping case.
