The Bushmaster BAR-10 A2 Carbine is designed for situations requiring a rugged firearm with high firepower. It features a 16" barrel with a 1 in 10" twist that is chrome lined for maximum longevity and accuracy, as well as ease of maintenance. The barrel also features a mil. spec. manganese phosphate outer coating to insure complete protection against corrosion or rust. Also, a "AK74" style flash suppressor/compensator is utilized. The light weight, 7075T6 aircraft quality aluminum receivers are finished in a non-reflective mil. spec. hard anodize for durability, and incorporate the M16A2 rear sight system offering dual flip-up apertures. Also featured are Ambidextrous magazine and bolt releases. The Bushmaster BAR-10 A2 Carbine operates in semi-automatic mode and accepts readily available FN-FAL magazines (Inch & Metric).
